Northern Illinois FC Mission
It is the mission of Northern Illinois FC to provide an experience that helps prepare players for the next stage of life – an experience that results in successes and disappointments, strength of character, lasting friendships, and learning to balance work and play.
A competitive club provides advanced opportunities for all players. We focus on individual growth and development. We are dedicated to advancing players from within the organization by preparing them with the skills and knowledge needed to compete at every level. We also challenge players to reach beyond their comfort zones in order to improve not only as players, but as leaders, teammates, individuals, and students.
Not only is our goal to develop the individual player but, also develop competitive teams at each age group and consistently place teams in appropriate divisions in leagues that promote appropriate growth and development.
